Cyberison strives to provide the best services, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service purchase.
- If the service is not functioning as described, we will offer a full refund upon verification of the issue.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered or completed as per the agreement.
- In cases where a service is canceled after it has been provided, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the extent of the service used.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their services with Cyberison at any time. However, cancellations must be done in writing, and the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations can be requested via email or through the customer portal.
- If a service has been paid for in advance, a prorated refund will be issued based on the time the service was used.
- Cancellations made after the service has been rendered or the product delivered will not be eligible for a refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
