Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please carefully review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any purchases of products or services from Cyberison. By using Cyberison or any services offered by Cyberison and its partners, you agree to the following terms:
Refund Policy
1.1 If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact our support department for assistance. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you are entitled to a refund within the first 15 days of purchase. Refunds will not be processed after the 30-day period. 1.2 Refunds will not be processed after the 15-day period.1.3 Refunds are not applicable to domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG etc), SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer In fees, Domain Transfer Out fees, Business & Enterprise Email Service, Google Workspace (GSuite) or any other products or services provided by Cyberison through third-party companies.Even if the service is used for only one hour after the order or has never been used, it will not be included in the refund policy.
1.4 If you are dissatisfied due to any service or product not provided by us or not included in your package, requesting a refund for such reasons will not be considered eligible for consideration
1.5 If any client adds a credit balance to his account on his own, it can be used only to buy new services or to renew existing services. The credit balance can not be withdrawn or refunded in any way.
1.6 No refunds are provided for VPS or Dedicated servers under any circumstances.
1.7 Any kind of Payment Gateway Fee (Transection Charge), Custom software/software installation fee, setup fee, migration fee (if applicable), paid control panel’s fee, and any software license fee is not applicable for a refund.
1.8 Any type of our products or services (including shared hosting and VPS) which are included in any kind of special offer or promotion is not applicable for a refund. That means refunds can not be claimed on those services or products.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 If you voluntarily cancel your service due to the unavailability of any service not explicitly included in your requested package, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Refund requests will not be accepted if any user violates any of our terms and conditions.
2.3 A refund is not applicable for any service renewal payment.
2.4 If one user’s account becomes abuse termination or abuse suspension due to any work done by himself directly or indirectly, no refund will apply for any of that user’s services.
2.5 If Cyberison cannot achieve the agreed 99.9% uptime or meet any other commitment due to circumstances beyond our control, and if a client submits a refund request for such service interruption, the refund request will not be considered valid and will be canceled immediately. .
Any violation of these Terms and Policies, or other specified rules, regulations, or policies, may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Cyberison reserves the right, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms.
